====== UniDive 1st Training School - instructions for project presenters ======

This page contains the instructions for the authors of the [[https://unidive.lisn.upsaclay.fr/doku.php?id=accepted_projects|selected projects]] for the [[https://unidive.lisn.upsaclay.fr/doku.php?id=meetings:other-events:1st_unidive_training_school|Training School]].

The posters should explain your project submitted to the training school, so as to allow for discussion with the trainers and the other trainees. The poster presentation will be twofold:

  - Posters displayed on provided panels and classical **poster sessions** will allow for parallel discussions.
  - Posters and abstracts will be uploaded on the [[https://unidive.lisn.upsaclay.fr/doku.php?id=accepted_projects|event's webpage]].

**Posters** should be of **A1 size portrait** (594x841 mm). The template for your posters can be downloaded from {{ :template_summer_school.pptx |here}}; you can use it or make your own poster from scratch but in any case, the poster should contain:

  * [[https://www.cost.eu/uploads/2021/11/OneDrive_2021-11-02.zip|Horizon Europe logo]]

  * name(s) of author(s),
  * the Training School [[https://unidive.lisn.upsaclay.fr/doku.php?id=meetings:other-events:1st_unidive_training_school:courses|courses]] to which the project is relevant, signaled by the courses' icons presented in the 2nd slide of the template. 
  

Please, make sure that all examples in various languages go along with glosses, English translations and/or explanations.

To let us upload your posters to the website, the .pdf files should be sent per email to olesea.caftanatov@math.md. The **file names** should contain the project short title and the authors' names. 

Remember to **bring your poster printed** (A1 portrait) to the meeting in Chisinau.
